The boatman - a world of beauty and fascination.
The Chilean painter Alfredo Echazarreta comes back to the Clement Gallery for a new presentation of its works.
Between the oceanic world of the south and the legendary and poetic Mediterranean universe, the painter sends of the boats, fishermen and beautiful horses as did Gauguin.

All appears realistic in the places, the characters and the objects painted with a classicism which dares sometimes vigorously built coatings.
The painting of the Georgian exploits with reserve and decency the register of the irony. The emotion is upstream and it is only between the blows of brushes that one seizes the trace of it.
